Meetings Mean Business Grant
The Meetings Mean Business (MMB) grant program helps destinations by providing financial assistance for facility costs or host destination expenses as you bid for regional and national meetings or conventions.
Why You Should Apply
The purpose of the fund is to assist destinations as they bid for national or Midwest regional meetings and conventions that generate hotel overnights and a significant economic impact for the area where they’ll be held. Such meetings may be held by a variety of different kinds of businesses, trade shows organizations, groups, etc. The purpose is to bring meetings or conventions into the state, but not to fund existing in-state events that are regularly scheduled or which routinely rotate to destinations within the state.

Traverse City Track Club Scholarship Endowment (Regional)
Available to graduating high school seniors or current college students from Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska or Leelanau County. Eligible students will have demonstrated involvement with running, as a high school or college athlete or through participation in organized running events.
Michigan Department of Health and Human Services
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) strives to promote better health outcomes, reduce health risks, and support stable and safe families while encouraging self-sufficiency.
Crime Victim Services Commission (CVSC) Compensation Program
The Crime Victim Services Commission (CVSC) Compensation Program may help crime victims and their families with the financial costs of crime. We may cover costs including medical and dental treatment, non-medical remedial treatment, counseling, funeral expenses, crime scene cleanup, grief counseling, residential security, relocation expenses, transportation, loss of earnings or support, and other necessary services not paid by other sources. The program is administered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

The Boon House Legacy Fund Grant opportunity is available for nonprofits seeking support for projects that address prevention, treatment, and recovery of substance abuse and substance use disorders. Available to individuals, up to 24, from Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, or Leelanau County who have aged out of foster care.

Our Mission:
To acquire, manage, and distribute funds to enhance the lives of youth in the Martin County area.
The Martin County Youth Foundation (MCYF) is a permanent community endowment dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of area youth. Formerly known as the Fairmont Area Youth Foundation, MCYF was established in 2000 by a group of active citizens concerned about the area’s future.
The name was changed to Martin County Youth Foundation in 2005 to better reflect the area served. Today, MCYF exclusively supports youth-oriented programs of nonprofit organizations, schools and units of government.
The MCYF advisory board is responsible for reinvesting the endowment’s earnings into the community. MCYF offers flexible giving options that allow individual and corporate donors to support area youth now and far into the future.

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources leads the state toward a resilient future by using data, partnerships, and an innovative spirit to improve ecological, social, and economic outcomes for all communities.
Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program
The Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) is a nationally competitive grant program that provides funding to enhance recreation opportunities in rural and urban communities. ORLP’s funding helps communities to create new outdoor recreation spaces, reinvigorate existing parks, and form connections between people and the outdoors.
Recreation is core to the American experience. ORLP is making recreation attainable for more Americans funding an array of projects from sports fields and playgrounds to walking trails, and community gardens. Land acquisition, site development, or renovation of existing facilities are all possible ORLP projects. Projects are locally led and designed to meet pressing community needs.
The Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program (ORLP) provides 50/50 matching grants for park projects in urban areas with a population of 25,000 or more, with a preference for projects in low-income communities. You can use this map to determine if your park is in an eligible location. The minimum grant amount is $300,000 ($600,000 project) and the maximum grant amount is $15,000,000 ($30,000,000 project).
Community Parks and Playgrounds Program
Maryland's Community Parks and Playgrounds Program invests in the future of established communities by developing and revitalizing parks and playgrounds statewide. With the support of the Governor and the Maryland General Assembly, a total of $102.4 million has been approved so far for 934 parks and playground projects for our communities across Maryland.
The Governor's Fiscal Year 2027 budget includes $5 million to fund 26 new parks and playgrounds projects. The projects will be presented to the Board of Public Works for final approval.
New Parks & New Life for Old Parks!
The Community Parks and Playground Program provides funding to allow the State to focus on restoring existing and creating new park and green space systems in Maryland's cities and towns. The Community Parks and Playgrounds Program will provide flexible grants to local governments to respond to the unmet need for assistance to rehabilitate, expand or improve existing parks, create new parks, develop environmentally oriented parks and recreation projects, or purchase and install playground equipment in older neighborhoods and intensely developed areas throughout the state.
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) is offering grants to support the development of new and existing cooperatives in Wisconsin, with a goal of fostering the success of current and future cooperatives by supporting planning and exploratory research in advance of making a large investment.Applicants may use the funds to cover consulting fees for business planning, feasibility studies, legal services, and accounting services to help new or existing cooperatives become established or further develop.
The general scope and purpose of the grant program is to provide funding to presenting organizations to enable them to present artists from other communities in the state. The program provides a means of sharing resources with areas of the state which have limited access to arts programming. Level of support provided ranges from 25 to 35 percent of the artists' fees. Artists must be selected from an approved roster, thereby guaranteeing artistic quality.General Terms and Conditions of the Grant:(a) Applicant organizations sign a contract for services obligating them to present the artists in public performance. Artists presented must be from communities at least 40 miles from the applicant organization.
(b) All programs/services must be conducted in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations regarding nondiscrimination and fair labor standards. Specifically, they must comply with provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the provisions of Labor Standards under Section 5(j) of the National Foundation for the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965, as amended. Grantees also must not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.
(c) Grantees must maintain complete financial records for all activities covered by the contract and provide a final report at the end of the project detailing all expenditures and describing the programs/ services provided to the citizens of the state. Ten percent of the grant funds awarded are withheld until this report has been received and approved.
(d) Grantees must provide credit to the Georgia Council for the Arts in all publicity materials. This credit is to be provided in the form of the use of a camera-ready logo provided by the GCA, or by presenting the following statement: "This program is supported in part by the Georgia Council for the Arts through the appropriations of the Georgia General Assembly."
Brookline Education Foundation
The Brookline Education Foundation (BEF) is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to support excellence and innovation in the Public Schools of Brookline (PSB). Through its programs, the BEF enriches the professional growth of educators by recognizing and supporting them as they identify and pursue opportunities that will have the greatest impact on their practice, the lives of their students, and on their school communities.
To facilitate this work, the BEF sponsors three categories of grants for which eligible Brookline educators may apply: Educator (formerly called Teacher), Collaborative, and Idea Lab grants.
