Our Mission
The Seabrook Community Foundation is dedicated to expanding opportunity and strengthening the well-being of underserved youth and families in coastal communities surrounding Seabrook, WA, including Copalis, Taholah, and Copalis Crossing. Grounded in integrity, respect, and commitment, the foundation actively invests in the regions people by creating meaningful pathways to stability, health, and a more vibrant future for all.
Our Vision
To cultivate a region rich with opportunity where children flourish and every family has the support and resources to build healthy, stable, and hopeful futures.
Marshall Community Foundation
The Marshall Community Foundation is a partnership of endowed funds established by individuals and organizations. A Board of Trustees, comprised of local community leaders, invest the pooled endowments. Income generated is then available for grants that address charitable needs in our community. Staff and trained volunteers monitor the grants to ensure fulfillment of the grant agreements.
The full circle of philanthropy is poetry in motion. The Foundation receives your gifts, grants to local non-profits, who in turn, give back by providing services to the community. Truly, the Foundation is all about improving the quality of life and making this a better place to live, work and raise a family.
Success Fund for MPS Enrichment Scholarship
The Success Fund for Marshall Public Schools Scholarship was established for Marshall Public Schools students seeking assistance with non-school related programs and experiences, such as but not limited to arts and STEM camps and educational travel opportunities.
The awarded scholarship amount for students varies depending upon the scholarship money available along with the number of qualifying applicants. Scholarships awarded do not exceed $500.00 per recipient and are directed to the enrichment program, not individuals.
State Funded Highway-Railroad Crossings Program
KDOT offers several highway-railroad funding opportunities to improve safety at highway/railroad crossings. These include:
Highway/Railroad Crossing Program Safety Funds: This federal-aid program finances up to 100% of the cost for installing protective devices and eliminating hazards at public highway/railroad grade crossings. Crossings are prioritized based on a hazard index that considers highway and train traffic, as well as warning devices.
Railroad Crossing Surfacing: This program focuses on improving the surfaces and approaches of at-grade crossings on rural state highways and City Connecting Links in small cities. Funding is split 50/50 between the state and railroad companies.
State Funded Highway/Railroad Crossing: This state-funded program allocates $300,000 annually for projects that don't qualify for federal aid. Projects are funded with 80% state funds and 20% railroad company funds.
WYDOT
WYDOT works extensively with numerous partners in the private sector to improve and maintain the state's transportation infrastructure, sponsoring millions of dollars of work annually. WYDOT's website contains a range of useful information and links for contractors, consultants, vendors and others interested in doing business with WYDOT.
FTA Section 5311 - Rural Public Transit Program / State Transit Program
Providing quality public transit service to Wyoming's rural communities is the main purpose of the program. Currently, service is available to residents in all 23 counties. Most transit providers are senior centers that have been active in the transit business since the inception of this program in Wyoming in 1985. There are more than 40 rural public transit providers, plus the two in the urbanized areas of Casper and Cheyenne.
The Rural Public Transit Program provides state funding and federal formula grants to support development, maintenance and improvement of public transportation in rural and small urban areas. WYDOT administers Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5311 program for rural transportation projects in areas with population under 50,000. State Transit funds, authorized by the Wyoming State Legislature, supplement the § 5311 program funds, and are also available to Cheyenne and Casper that receive FTA § 5307 funds directly.

Telehealth Hub Connectivity, Equipment & Education Grant Program
Purpose
The State of Mississippi, through the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), invites Eligible Providers (defined as Mississippi-located hospitals, physician practices (including solo practitioners), rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, local health departments, Native American Sovereign Tribe healthcare facilities, certified community behavioral health clinics, substance use disorder facilities, dental care services, and licensed long-term care facilities located in rural areas or servicing rural populations) to apply for funding through the Telehealth Hud Connectivity, Equipment & Education Grant Program (TCE).
TCE is part of the State’s Rural Health Transformation Plan (the Plan) and is funded under the Cooperative Agreement with the Federal Rural Health Transformation Program (RHT Program).
TCE Goal
Provide funding to entities to support necessary enhancements to increase telehealth visits across rural and underserved communities to reduce barriers, expand access to specialty care, and improve preventive care. This will be accomplished by increasing the number of telehealth hubs across the State, improving connectivity, and encouraging higher utilization among patients.
