The WebbCraft Family Foundation Grant supports nonprofit organizations that enhance education and cultural awareness. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations focused on education and community development in the Belton and Honea Path areas. This funding aims to foster growth and opportunity within these communities, making a significant impact on local arts and educational initiatives.

The Swan Foundation offers short-term research fellowships for scholars interested in Revolutionary-Era Material Culture (1750-1820). Hosted by the Swan Historical Foundation and the American Philosophical Society, this fellowship supports one month of research in their extensive collections. Eligible applicants include Ph.D. holders and candidates. A stipend of $3,000 is provided, with opportunities for additional funding for travel to the Swan Foundation. Fellowships can start from June 1, 2025, and must be completed by May 31, 2026.

The Ray Davies Community Services Scholarship, established by the Tucson Mayor and Council, aims to support students from Southern Arizona in their educational pursuits. With a focus on community service and academic potential, this scholarship is available for high school graduates demonstrating financial need. It reflects the commitment of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona to nurture future leaders through educational assistance, fostering a skilled workforce and vibrant communities.

The HAF: Holiday Funding Partnership Grant, supported by the Humboldt Area Foundation, provides essential funding for charitable organizations offering winter holiday assistance in Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity, and Curry counties. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, public benefit entities, and those with a fiscal sponsor. The program aims to support initiatives that run from November 15 to January 1, enhancing community well-being during the holiday season.

The Skyline Country Club Scholarship aims to support the educational ambitions of employees and their families through financial assistance for tuition or PGA Membership dues. This scholarship is awarded for one academic year, with the potential for renewal for up to four years. Eligible applicants must be high school graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and must have been employed by Skyline Country Club for at least six months. This initiative reflects the commitment to fostering future leaders in our community.

The Frances T. Fogler Natural Sciences Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Earth Sciences, Ecology, and Physics. Established as part of MSU's commitment to education and research, this scholarship provides essential financial aid to incoming students, particularly those from the Department of Ecology. It aims to foster academic growth and encourage students to engage in transformative educational experiences.

The Morris Stulsaft Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of Bay Area children and youth by funding organizations that provide quality early childhood education for ages 0 to 5. The foundation prioritizes strong leadership and community engagement, supporting programs that incorporate a whole-child approach, engage parents, and promote teacher development. Grants are available for organizations serving low-income households in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on sustainable, impactful initiatives.

The Forage Crop Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing a degree in agriculture, specifically those enrolled in the Agricultural Science – Forages course. To qualify, applicants must maintain a minimum average of 3.0 in the course. This scholarship reflects MSU's commitment to providing transformative educational opportunities to students, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.

The Splendido Residents Association Scholarships aim to support students in Southern Arizona by providing financial assistance for educational pursuits. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have worked at least 12 hours weekly for six months. Scholarships range from $2,000 to $13,000 based on school type and enrollment status. Recipients can reapply for up to four years, ensuring ongoing support for their academic journeys.

Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains

Our mission at the Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains is to improve the region’s quality of life through the power of philanthropy. We do this by offering individuals, families, and businesses the most effective charitable giving tools available in the marketplace today. Founded in 1998, the Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains is honored to work with hundreds of donors, nonprofits, advisors, and civic leaders to achieve dreams for making the Endless Mountains region of Northeastern Pennsylvania an even better place to live for everyone.

Scholarships

Many generous individuals, families, and businesses have established scholarship funds to provide support to graduates in our region. Scholarships are available to graduating high school seniors.

Robert and Diane Turrell Family Scholarship

Established by Robert and Diane Hill Turrell. Provides a post-secondary scholarship to a high school graduate who is a student of good moral character and who demonstrates financial need through their Student Aid Report. Students from Lackawanna Trail, Tunkhannock, Elk Lake, Homeschooled and Wyalusing Valley High Schools may apply. Priority will be given to students living in Habitat for Humanity Housing. The recipient may re-apply during each of the remaining years of undergraduate study until reaching the age of 25.

Crown Castle Scholarship

Benefiting Crown Castle interns OR dependents of Crown Castle employees.

Award Amount

• Three (3) scholarships awarded annually
• $10,000 divided evenly between the fall and spring semesters
• Recipients may reapply for up to 3 consecutive years.

What can this scholarship be used for?

• The scholarship will be mailed directly to the student's college to be used towards tuition, required academic fees, and/or book expenses.
• Scholarship funding cannot be distributed directly to the student. Funding cannot be used for room and board, rent, meal plans, parking passes, or other similar living expenses.

Funding for the Tennessee Agricultural Enhancement Program (TAEP) was provided to the Tennessee Department of Agriculture by the 2008 State Legislature. The Community Tree Planting TAEP program is administered by the Division of Forestry’s Urban and Community Forestry Program.

The goal of TAEP community tree planting grant is to increase the tree resource base in communities throughout Tennessee. Trees provide a multitude of benefits to communities including energy savings, heat reduction, storm water mitigation, air quality improvement, provision of food and habitat for wildlife, and positive impacts to human health and well-being. Therefore, the primary purpose of this funding is not beautification. 

The Rosa Louise Parks Scholarship, offered by the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, aims to support students in financial need who demonstrate the potential for academic success. This unique scholarship, named after the civil rights icon, is dedicated to high school graduates from Southern Arizona, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to pursue higher education and become future leaders. It exemplifies the Foundation's commitment to fostering educational aspirations within the community.

The Charles and Louis Lincoln Scholarship, awarded by the Erie Community Foundation, provides financial assistance to Erie High School students who are first- or second-generation Americans. This scholarship supports those with demonstrated scholastic ability and financial need, helping them pursue higher education. In 2023, over $800,000 was awarded to more than 500 students, reflecting the foundation's commitment to educational access and support for diverse communities.

The Florence Fogler Buckland Engineering Scholarship at Montana State University provides crucial financial support for full-time students pursuing engineering degrees. It aims to empower women in engineering, requiring applicants to be members of the Society of Women Engineers or similar organizations. This scholarship not only fosters academic achievement but also promotes diversity within the engineering field, contributing to a more inclusive and innovative future.

The Flora Martin Student Success Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing degrees in Education, Health, and Human Development. This scholarship is designed for juniors and above, providing essential financial assistance to help students achieve their academic goals. MSU, established in 1893, remains committed to transforming lives through accessible education, fostering a supportive environment for student success in various fields of study.

The Met: Fellowship in History of Art and Visual Culture offers a unique opportunity for scholars to engage with the museum's vast collections. Designed for PhD students and established scholars, this fellowship promotes interdisciplinary research that combines art history with other fields. Fellows work on independent projects while potentially assisting curatorial departments. With stipends of up to $57,000 and additional travel funds, this program fosters a vibrant community of scholars dedicated to redefining art history.

The Song-Brown Certified Nurse Midwifery Training Programs aim to support organizations training nurse midwifery students for underserved areas in California. This initiative includes recruiting students committed to serving in these communities, providing counseling and placement support, and offering relevant preceptorship experiences. By addressing the shortage of healthcare professionals in critical regions, the program enhances access to primary care and improves health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

The First Security Bank of Belgrade Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing a degree in the College of Agriculture. Applicants must be Montana high school graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to residents of Chouteau or Gallatin County who are involved in campus and community activities. This scholarship aims to enhance educational opportunities and foster community engagement.

The First Security Bank Foundation Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing a degree or certificate from Gallatin College. This scholarship aims to alleviate financial barriers, making higher education accessible to those in need. Montana State University, founded in 1893, is committed to transforming lives and communities through education, research, and outreach. With limited scholarships available for incoming students, this opportunity is essential for fostering workforce development in the region.

The Boilard-Harkin Scholarship, offered by the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, supports students pursuing post-secondary education at community colleges. With annual awards of up to $1,250, this scholarship aims to alleviate financial barriers for high school graduates from Southern Arizona. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate a commitment to their educational goals. This initiative reflects the foundation's dedication to fostering future leaders and investing in the local community.

The scholarships we award vary each year based on the unique criteria of each scholarship. In 2025, we awarded over $3 million in scholarships to over 500 students, including $1.3 million to 110 students in western NC through our Disaster Relief and Resilience Scholarship.

Depending on the scholarship, it may pay for tuition, room and board, books, fees and/or other related educational expenses. 

Carolyn Grantham Ennis Scholarship Endowment

A graduating senior from a Johnston County public high school who plans to attend Shaw University. Renewable for up to three additional years based on the student demonstrating that they remain enrolled at their educational institution.

The Frank and Leona Ceserani Engineering Scholarship at Montana State University supports students pursuing a degree in engineering. Established in 1893, MSU is committed to transforming lives through education and research. This scholarship aims to assist incoming students and enhance their academic journey in the Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering, ensuring they have access to essential resources for success.

The Wanser Fund Grant, provided by The Denver Foundation, offers funding between $5,000 and $7,000 for organizations dedicated to animal health. Established in 2013, this grant aims to support programs that align with its mission. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located in the Denver Metro area and must focus on initiatives that enhance animal health. This is a valuable opportunity for eligible nonprofits to secure funding for impactful projects.

The Bolivar Area Affiliate Grantmaking Program, supported by the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, aims to enhance community development in the Bolivar and Polk County region. This program invites 501(c)(3) organizations and other IRS-approved entities to apply for grants up to $3,000 to support their initiatives. The foundation focuses on fostering collaboration and effective grantmaking to improve the quality of life for local residents.

The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation Grant supports non-profit organizations that assist individuals with special needs. Grants are awarded to 501(c)(3) organizations primarily serving Bexar County and nearby areas. The Foundation prioritizes funding programs that improve the lives of individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Note that the Foundation will not accept applications for the 2022 cycle but will continue to review requests related to its mission throughout the year.

The Frank and Leona Ceserani EHHD Scholarship at Montana State University offers financial support to students pursuing degrees in Home Economics-related fields. This scholarship is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students focusing on areas such as Community Health, Early Childhood Education, and Sustainable Food Systems. Established to promote education and outreach, it reflects MSU's commitment to transforming lives and communities through accessible higher education.
