Transportation Equity Needs and Barriers Assessment
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (“MassCEC”) is seeking qualified consultants or professionals with experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation; working with and understanding the needs of burdened populations and community-based organizations (“CBOs”); data collection/synthesis; communication; project management; and clean transportation technologies to serve as a project manager under MassCEC’s Transportation Equity Needs and Barriers Assessment.
