Middlesex Community College Foundation: STEM Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a new or returning student who is registered for at least 6 credits, enrolled in a STEM-related program and demonstrating financial need.
Scientific & Regulatory Consultants, Inc. Scholarship
Science plays a vital role in our daily lives and includes a wide range of fields such as physician or veterinary services, nursing, microbiology, biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, psychology, music, etc. This scholarship views “scientific” very broadly and invites you to be creative.

MetLife Foundation Legacy Endowed Scholarship
The MetLife Foundation Legacy Endowed Scholarship Program was established by the MetLife Foundation to provide need-based scholarship support to college junior enrolled at US four-year HBCUs. Successful applicants must be currently pursuing a STEM, business, finance, or accounting degree, as a full-time student at a four-year HBCU.
Molly Efron Scholarship
To support a Monroe County female high school senior planning to attend a four-year college or university to study science, technology, engineering, or math.
Number and Size of Awards
Two awards of $1,000 each; paid in one lump sum.
Allowed Use of Award
Awards may be used for tuition, fees, books, and other expenses associated with higher education.
Joel Ayite Ajavon Memorial Scholarship
The Scholarship was established by friends and family to honor the life of Joel Ayite Ajavon who left this world far too early. To be awarded to graduating high school seniors with a primary interest in studying science, technology, engineering, math, nursing, or trades at a two-year community college in Western New York.
Number and Size of Awards
One award of $4,000; may be split between two recipients. Award paid in one lump sum in the Fall and divided equally between the Fall and Spring semesters. Minimum award $2,000.

Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded college scholarships to area students totaling more than $13.7 million, thanks to our generous donors. Each year, over 500 college-bound or career and technical education students benefit from our scholarship awards.

Nexteer Scholarship
The Nexteer Scholarship Fund mission is to help high school graduates in financial need through a scholarship program for residents of Saginaw, Midland and Bay Counties who are pursuing a career in engineering or general business. The goal is to help deserving individuals within our community achieve their career goals – an objective which has the added benefit of improving the community-at-large.

The Community Foundation of Wabash County offers a wide variety of post-secondary education scholarships to traditional, non-traditional, and graduate students. With nearly 70 different scholarship endowments created through the generosity of our donors, many students are eligible to apply.
Terry D. and Carol A. Agness Memorial Scholarship Endowment
Terry and Carol Agness’ children created this scholarship to honor their parents who believed in supporting local community projects like Meals on Wheels, the Honeywell Center, education, and students. The scholarship is awarded to a Purdue student pursuing a degree in engineering or business and is based on academic performance, school activities, church involvement, work experience, and financial need.

PLTW Launch (PreK-5)
Young learners are naturally wired for discovery. PLTW Launch is designed with activities that let them see what they can be and build skills to discover what they can do. Students are immersed in hands-on activities, projects, and problems that build upon each other and relate to the real world. They experience integrated learning that blends computer science, engineering, biomedical science, and more. Throughout the modules, even the youngest learners apply their math and English Language Arts (ELA) skills, learn science to standards, and adopt skills that are foundational across disciplines.
Additionally, to support rigorous learning for all students, including America’s 5 million English Language Learners, all PLTW Launch students and teachers have access to curriculum in both English and Spanish. PLTW Launch is designed to support a wide range of implementations. Whether the modules are offered in all classrooms, as a specials rotation, as grade level rotations, as an after-school program, or even as a summer learning implementation, PLTW Launch offers the flexibility to meet your needs.
