Online Educator Resources Production and Maintenance Services
The purpose of the 2026–2029 Online Educator Resources Production and Maintenance Services grant is to provide and support content development, adaptation, management, and maintenance of professional learning content and instructional resources within TEA Learn, the statewide Learning Management System (LMS). This grant offers strategic support for the development of professional, high-quality learning resources, from project planning and learning design to media production and marketing, it additionally provides support for the transition of existing instructional materials into accessible, high-quality digital formats, optimized for delivery through Canvas and other supported platforms. Services include project planning, instructional design for platform integration, media production, and marketing. These digital professional learning resources are designed to enhance instructional practices and support educators across Texas. The grant also supports the expansion of TEA’s digital credentialing program and the sustainability of online and hybrid learning offerings.

ESC Perkins Statewide Initiative Grant
Program Description
The purpose of this grant is to support the implementation of district wide classroom reviews to support district strategic planning and performance systems alignment in a variety of Agency initiatives, including the Effective District Frameworks Diagnostics, Effective Schools Frameworks Diagnostics, and HB-1605 Local Classroom Reviews.
The District Wide Classroom Reviews Grant will provide school systems with a review to determine the degree to which the materials submitted (1) corresponds with the instructional materials adopted by the school district or district campus; and (2) meets the level of rigor of the essential knowledge and skills adopted under Section 28.002 for the grade level in which it is being used. The purpose of this project will be to provide logistics and operations support for all district wide classroom reviews and district wide diagnostics, including training and events, budget tracking and invoicing for completed district wide classroom reviews and working with designated vendors for additional supports and resources, including diagnostic platforms, as identified by TEA.
Texas Military-Connected Student Support and Capacity Grant
The purpose of this grant is to expand and enhance statewide capacity, infrastructure, and coordinated support systems to meet the unique academic, social-emotional, and transitional needs of military-connected students and their families in Texas.
Program Purpose
The purpose of this grant is to expand and enhance statewide capacity, infrastructure, and coordinated support systems to meet the unique academic, social-emotional, and transitional needs of militaryconnected students and their families in Texas. This initiative will empower the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and School Systems (e.g., districts and open enrollment charter schools) by providing high-quality professional development, evidence-based training, and comprehensive resources and tools designed to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities for nearly 230,000 military-connected students enrolled in Texas public schools.

P-TECH Continued Support Grant
Program Description
This grant will implement innovative strategies for providing a robust model of support to P-TECH campuses in the CCRSM network:

Closed Charter School Records Custodian
Program Description
The purpose of this project is to fulfill the mandate of Texas Education Code (TEC), §12.1052(d), which is that the commissioner of education shall ensure that the records of an open-enrollment charter school that ceases to operate shall be transferred in the manner specified by the commissioner to a custodian designated by the commissioner. The commissioner may designate any appropriate entity to serve as custodian, including the agency, a regional education service center, or a school district. In designating a custodian, the commissioner shall ensure that the transferred records, including student and personnel records, are transferred to a custodian capable of:

Program Description
The Career and Technical Education Nontraditional Support Grant is to provide services, resources, and professional development to CTE programs across the state to address the promotion and understanding of non-traditional fields and employment activities for students (as defined by Perkins V) as written into the Perkins V State Plan.
