In Jayden’s name, we are dedicated to supporting children and families facing the challenges of congenital heart defects and disease. Patient Assistance Fund

Our Patient Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting families with financial support due to complications related to congenital heart disease. Financial assistance may include, but is not limited to:

• Travel assistance related to CHD medical care
• Medical bills related to CHD and not covered by insurance
• CHD specialized equipment not covered by insurance

Eligible applicants may be reimbursed up to $1,500 quarterly for expenses related to CHD complications. Applicants must submit corresponding receipts alongside their application to be considered for this reimbursement program.

The Lam Foundation supports schools implementing or expanding a PLTW program in or near several of their U.S. communities. Schools seeking support for PLTW Gateway or PLTW Engineering will receive priority. The Lam Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Lam Research, a leading provider of equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

Program Requirements

The purpose of this grant is to assist the grantee's expansion of student access to the PLTW Computer Science program. Grantee must use their grant funds to expand their existing PLTW Computer Science program. Example expansion activities include but are not limited to adding an additional PLTW Computer Science course not previously offered, and/or adding additional class periods of an existing PLTW Computer Science courses previously offered, and/or training additional teachers in PLTW Computer Science courses for the 2027-2028 academic year. Grantee must complete one year of grant reporting.

The fund welcomes various funding requests, including special projects and capital campaigns, while adhering to specific eligibility requirements such as tax-exempt status. The Bayer Fund Health & Wellness Grant Program aims to support organizations that provide education and resources for patients and caregivers facing cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Grants focus on assisting communities, particularly the African American population, in managing these health issues.
