Charitable Contributions

Our goal with financial contributions from BOK Financial and the BOKF Foundation is to enhance the quality of life and economic wellbeing in the communities where BOK Financial operates and where our employees work and live including Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Our charitable contributions are focused on four pillars of giving: United Way, economic development, education and basic needs

Our long-term strategic plan guides all contributions to assure maximum impact in the community and to develop mutually beneficial relationships with our nonprofit partner agencies. BOK financial contributions are budgeted on an annual calendar basis. We accept online charitable contribution/grant applications throughout the year.

Pillars of giving

Basic Needs

We provide volunteer and financial support to organizations serving the most vulnerable members of our community. Our efforts largely focus on organizations providing direct services addressing such issues as poverty, hunger, healthcare, housing and safety.

Education

An equitable, robust educational system drives long-term community growth. We support local nonprofits whose primary mission is promoting basic education, including public school foundations, early childhood education, financial literacy, and institutions of higher education.

Economic Development

Actions that raise the standard of living and economic health of our communities make them better places to live and work. We provide support to local chambers of commerce; nonprofits focused on workforce development, job training, etc.; and public/private partnerships investing in our communities.

United Way

Our focus on strategically investing in the community aligns perfectly with United Way’s approach to achieving its mission of mobilizing the caring power of communities to advance the common good.

What does this program do?

This program provides affordable funding to develop essential community facilities in rural areas. An essential community facility is defined as a facility that provides an essential service to the local community for the orderly development of the community in a primarily rural area, and does not include private, commercial or business undertakings.

What is an eligible area?

Rural areas including cities, villages, townships and towns including Federally Recognized Tribal Lands with no more than 20,000 residents according to the latest U.S. Census Data are eligible for this program.

How may funds be used?

Funds can be used to purchase, construct, and / or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment and pay related project expenses.

Examples of essential community facilities include:

• Health care facilities such as hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Public facilities such as town halls, courthouses, airport hangars or street improvements.
• Community support services such as child care centers, community centers, fairgrounds or transitional housing.
• Public safety services such as fire departments, police stations, prisons, police vehicles, fire trucks, public works vehicles or equipment.
• Educational services such as museums, libraries or private schools.
• Utility services such as telemedicine or distance learning equipment.
• Local food systems such as community gardens, food pantries, community kitchens, food banks, food hubs or greenhouses.

Grant Approval

Applicant must be eligible for grant assistance, which is provided on a graduated scale with smaller communities with the lowest median household income being eligible for projects with a higher proportion of grant funds. Grant assistance is limited to the following percentages of eligible project costs:

Maximum of 75 percent when the proposed project is:

• Located in a rural community having a population of 5,000 or fewer; and
• The median household income of the proposed service area is below the higher of the poverty line or 60 percent of the State nonmetropolitan median household income.

Maximum of 55 percent when the proposed project is:

• Located in a rural community having a population of 12,000 or fewer; and
• The median household income of the proposed service area is below the higher of the poverty line or 70 percent of the State nonmetropolitan median household income.

Maximum of 35 percent when the proposed project is:

• Located in a rural community having a population of 20,000 or fewer; and
• The median household income of the proposed service area is below the higher of the poverty line or 80 percent of the State nonmetropolitan median household income.

Maximum of 15 percent when the proposed project is:

• Located in a rural community having a population of 20,000 or fewer; and
• The median household income of the proposed service area is below the higher of the poverty line or 90 percent of the State nonmetropolitan median household income. The proposed project must meet both percentage criteria. Grants are further limited.

ABOUT REACH

The REACH Healthcare Foundation is a charitable foundation dedicated to improving health coverage and access to quality, affordable health care for uninsured and medically underserved people. The foundation maintains a regional focus, with a six-county service area that encompasses Allen, Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas, and Cass, Jackson and Lafayette counties in Missouri.

Historically, REACH has focused its community investments in areas including primary medical care, mental health, oral health, and health policy and advocacy. Our current funding priorities are outlined within a community investment framework, which describes the foundation’s three outcomes areas:

• Bridge the Coverage Divide,
• Close the Health Equity Gap 
• Strengthen the Safety Net

Each outcome area aligns with the foundation’s commitment to achieving equitable health outcomes throughout our six-county service area. These outcome areas, and the strategies within each, guide our work, partnerships and where we invest.

To maximize our resources, the foundation directs its grantmaking primarily toward strategies within three outcome areas. REACH staff is available to meet and discuss on an individual basis.

Collaborative efforts are eligible to apply provided the applicant organization meets the Foundation’s eligibility criteria and is exempt under Section 501(c)(3).

Our Purpose

The Foundation was established in 1968 to provide Rupert and Ruth Dunklau a systematic method of gifting to God’s people a portion of the blessings God had given them.

The Foundation exists to glorify God and serve His gracious will, by providing financial resources for the varied ministries related to the Lutheran tradition, especially the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, educational entities of the Lutheran Church and appropriate projects that promote the welfare of mankind

Focus Areas

• Lutheran Higher Education: The Foundation will support processes, efforts, and programs of ministries that engage people in furthering their education and continued learning opportunities, enabling them to become of greater service in meeting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of people.
• Health & Human Care: The Foundation will support processes, efforts and programs of ministries that take collaborative and results- oriented approaches that address the varied needs of people in His Church and the communities they serve, thus promoting the welfare of mankind.
• Faith Strengthening: The Foundation will support processes, efforts and programs of ministries that strengthen, enhance and embolden participants and their families to share their Christian faith in His Gospel Message, lived as well as spoken.

Since its inception, the Foundation, which is still led by Lester T. Sunderland's descendants, has focused on supporting construction projects, awarding grants to nonprofits in the Kansas City region and other markets traditionally served by the Ash Grove Cement Company. 

 The Foundation prefers to make grants for construction and special interest projects rather than for annual operating expenses. 

Grants for planning, design, construction, renovation, repairs and restoration of facilities are considered. Areas of interest include higher education, youth serving agencies, health facilities, community buildings, museums, civic projects and energy efficient affordable housing projects sponsored by qualified tax-exempt organizations. 

Funding Areas

In recent grant cycles, the Board of Trustees has awarded the majority of grants in four broadly defined areas:

Higher Education

In 2022, the Foundation awarded $49 million to more than 35 educational organizations. Grantees included community colleges, private colleges, and public universities.

Human Services

The Foundation awarded $30 million to human service nonprofits in 2022, and many grants in this area went to groups that provide essential services to youth and families. Grantees included a range of youth-focused groups, including Reconciliation Services, the Nebraska Youth Justice Initiative in Omaha, Nebraska and the Sno-Valley Senior Center in Carnation, Washington. 

Arts and Culture

Arts and culture projects received $23 million in 2022, including grants to the Springfield Art Museum in Springfield, Missouri, the Omaha Zoo and the Seattle Aquarium in Seattle, Washington. Health Care and Hospitals.

Health Care and Hospitals

This is a growing area of need in many communities the Foundation serves. In 2022, $65 million was awarded to hospitals and health-care groups to build and improve their facilities.

Types of Grants

Grant categories include: Program, Operating, Capital and Endowment.

You can make a difference for the pet population by purchasing “I’m Pet Friendly” license plates. The license plates, which cost $25 for the emblem use and $15 for the plate fee, support spay and neuter initiatives in licensed animal shelters and non-profit agencies.

Your donations will be awarded to select shelters and agencies across the state that meet grant requirements determined by a three member panel and administered by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Your donations are greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the health care of dogs and cats across Missouri. 

Missouri Spay & Neuter Grant ProgramAnimal shelters, qualifying non-profits and government agencies with current or proposed spay/neuter programs are encouraged to apply for the Missouri Spay & Neuter grants. A three-member committee comprised of animal control and private humane society members from around the state will evaluate each application. Awards will be determined on availability of funds and evaluation of proposals. During the latest funding cycle, the Missouri Department of Agriculture administered the distribution of $20,000 to spay/neuter initiatives across Missouri. GoalThe goal of the “I’M PET FRIENDLY” specialty license plate fund is to provide grants to non-profit organizations or governmental agencies to enable low-cost spaying and neutering of dogs and cats in order to reduce the surplus of these animals in Missouri.

Awareness. Education. Prevention.  These are three key tenets of Bayer Fund’s investments in health and wellness.  With a focus on cancer and cardiovascular disease, we provide resources to organizations dedicated to educating and/or providing services to patients, caregivers and at-risk populations.

Health & Wellness Grants

Programs that Bayer Fund will support include those that focus on patients and their families needing assistance with issues to managing cardiovascular disease and cancer. This includes education, disease awareness, and supportive services for these diseases. In areas related to cardiovascular disease, priority (though not exclusivity) will be given to charitable organizations that focus on programs and support for the African American community due to the high incidence rate of disease in this population.

Giving in this category will focus on support services such as education, disease awareness, and general access to care (e.g., housing for families traveling for cancer or heart care).

All funding requests and budgets must be for program activities and expenses that start after funding decisions are made. All programs must be completed within one year of the start date, except in limited situations where longer term programs have been agreed upon. Grant award amounts vary, depending on the size of the community, the type of programming, and the reach of the organization.

East Missouri Foundation Grant

The mission of the East Missouri Foundation is to provide funding for charitable organizations recognized as exempt under Section 501(c)(3), with a focus on those charities that engage in activities related to the provision of housing, health care, food and transportation for seniors, persons with disabilities, low income persons, single parents, children or the homeless.

The foundation makes grants to qualified charitable organizations that address the following areas of interest for seniors, persons with disabilities, low income persons, single parents, children, or the homeless:

• Safe and Affordable Housing
• Health Care
• Food Services
• Transportation

The foundation is governed by a board of directors. These directors make the final decision on all grants and expenditures made by the foundation.

Supporting Historic Sacred Places

A program of Partners for Sacred Places in collaboration with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the National Fund for Sacred Places provides financial and technical support for community-serving historic houses of worship across America.

What We Offer

The National Fund for Sacred Places provides matching grants of $50,000 to $250,000 to congregations undertaking significant capital projects at historic houses of worship, along with wraparound services including training, technical assistance, and planning support.

What We’re Looking For

The National Fund for Sacred Places assesses applicant eligibility according to the core criteria shown below, while also striving to build a diverse participant pool that reflects a broad range of geographic, cultural, and religious identities.

Historic, Cultural, or Architectural Significance

We are looking for buildings that have historic, cultural, or architectural significance—and sites that have important and relevant stories to tell. Many of our participants are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the state register, or the local register. Your building does not have to be on one of these lists, but eligibility for one or more of these lists is a good benchmark for National Fund eligibility.

As part of the National Trust’s commitment to telling the full American story, we particularly encourage congregations to apply that illuminate a unique or overlooked aspect of American history and that expand our understanding of our shared national heritage. We encourage submissions related to historic sacred places of importance to historically and contemporaneously underrepresented communities including, but not limited to, women, immigrants, Asian Americans, Black Americans, Latinx Americans, Native Americans, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, and LGBTQIA communities.

Successful applicants are able to demonstrate their place in history by answering questions such as:

• Does the building tell a story relevant to our history—either cultural or religious?
• Does the history highlight previously underrecognized communities, stories, or locations?
• How has the building served the community over time? Does the building have a great physical presence in its community due to its location or programming?
• Is the building the work of a notable architect? If so, is it a high-quality example of their body of work?
• Is the building an exceptional example of its architectural style or building technology?
• Does the building embody the congregation’s resilience over time?

Community-Serving Congregations

We are looking for congregations that are engaged in their communities and that are serving others. Engaged congregations operate and host programming that serves vulnerable, at-risk, and diverse populations; share space with non-affiliated groups and organizations (often at subsidized rates); work with other congregations, faith-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, and/or municipalities; and have a widespread reputation for being a welcoming center of community life.

Project Scope and Need

We fund historic preservation projects addressing urgent repair needs and/or life safety. We also fund projects that increase congregations’ ability to open their buildings to new populations or to serve greater numbers of people. All projects must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, which is a universally accepted framework for doing work to older and historic properties.

We prioritize congregations/projects where there is a demonstrated need (meaning that the congregation cannot raise the funds alone) or where it is clear that our grant will have a catalytic effect (meaning that our grant is likely to lead to additional monies being contributed to the project).

Readiness

Once-in-a-generation capital projects require a great deal of planning. We are looking for applicants that understand their buildings’ needs and that are ready to undertake a capital campaign. National Fund congregations typically have a history of successful capital campaigns, which demonstrate an ability to raise significant funds and complete a project.

Successful congregations come to us with a realistic fundraising goal, which has been generated with the help of qualified preservation professionals and is not too far beyond the congregation’s fundraising capacity.

Healthy Congregations

The National Fund prioritizes healthy, stable congregations so that our investment is truly impactful and lasting. We look for the following, although this is not an exhaustive list of characteristics that indicate healthy congregations: tenured, well-respected clergy; capable lay leadership; stable or growing membership; financial strength and stability; support of the judicatory or governing body, if applicable; and a history of weathering any congregational conflict or trauma with resilience.

Objectives

The objectives of the Delta Dental of Missouri Grant Program are to:

• Reduce oral disease through education, prevention and treatment.
• Ensure access to affordable, timely and high-quality dental health care.
• Enhance the awareness of good oral health with a focus on children, the indigent, and other underserved populations.
• Make a measurable difference in the oral health of Missourians, with an emphasis on underserved populations.
• Ensure that Missouri is among the states with the highest indicators of oral health.

Grants are generally awarded for: 

• Project/Program/Restricted 
• General Operating/Unrestricted
• Capacity Building
• Equipment

Minimum Grant Amount: Over $5,000 (requests for $5,000 or less should be submitted through the community donations application)

Maximum Grant Amount: $100,000

All approved grants will be for a single year of support. Organizations should only submit one (1) grant request per organization per year. Additional requests will not be considered for funding. Grant funding is only guaranteed for the one-year grant term and does not necessarily indicate continuing support in subsequent years.

Unrestricted Operating Support Cycle

Our Unrestricted Operating Support Cycle provides mission-based operating support through unrestricted grants to organizations providing emergency assistance, shelter, safety-net health care, child welfare and youth services and other critical human services. This unrestricted funding may be used for organizational expenses which are part of a board-approved annual budget, including administrative salaries, employee benefits, utilities, office supplies and equipment, technology, rent and professional development. Eligible organizations must be based in and provide the majority of their services in the metro Kansas City area.

History

Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks was founded in 1997 as a nonprofit foundation to champion the benefits of hospice care and provide grants to support a wide scope of end-of-life services in the Ozarks. Its philanthropic reach has extended to include a variety of grief and bereavement services, hospice care, palliative care, community outreach and other vital disciplines. Education has been a vital component of the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks’ mission.

Purpose: The purpose of the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks is to: 

• Engage the community in conversations on death and dying. 
• Foster communication and community-based solutions that improve end of life.
• Sponsor educational programs on end of life care for community members and health care professionals.

Impact

Since its establishment in 1997, HFO has awarded more than $1 million in grants for end-of-life related initiatives.

We have supported programs designed to familiarize the public with the resources that are available when the need for end-of-life care arises, and which challenge individuals to think about making the journey to end-of-life a good one.  

HFO provides timely and meaningful education through events, community involvement, and seminars. We also recognize that continuing education for health professionals is an important aspect of our mission.

Programs and or Projects That the Foundation Support

The goal of the HFO grant program is to seek out and fund initiatives for dignity at life’s end. HFO accepts applications for innovative programs and projects that promote awareness of and commitment to end of life care in Southwest Missouri. Toward this goal, the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks is interested in, but not limited to, funding programs and projects that:

• Train staff and volunteers to stay on the leading edge of hospice and palliative care concepts. 
• Provide education that increases professional skill and expertise in end of life care. 
• Address topics relevant to current end of life practices. 
• Prepare future leaders to recognize the importance of end of life issues. 
• Reach out to patients and families to inform them about options for care at end of life and develop an advanced care plan to ensure their wishes are honored. 
• Urge individuals to voice end of life decisions to family, friends, clergy and health care providers. 
• Enhance the various disciplines that constitute hospice and palliative care (allied therapies, bereavement, social work, spiritual caregiving, companion service, volunteers/volunteer management). 
• Support and enhance the interdisciplinary team approach of which hospice and palliative care is known. 
• Create and distribute educational materials, such as brochures, books and multi-media resources for patients and families facing end of life. 
• Offer community education that provides information about end of life resources available in the Ozarks. 
• Develop conferences for professionals that work with individuals and families facing serious illness, death and grief. 
• Encourage healthcare systems and providers to discuss hospice, palliative care and advance care planning earlier in the disease process. 
• Develop modern and innovative concepts that improve care at end of life.

Funding priority is given to projects and programs with clear goals and outcomes relevant to those that mirror the mission and vision of HFO. Applicant organizations should demonstrate solid, effectual management and governance practices, active and consistent board support, competent staff, and effective management and use of resources.

What We Do

The Community Foundation Serving West Central Illinois & Northeast Missouri connects people who care with causes that matter for here, for good, forever. 

We work with donors, nonprofits, and community leaders to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We accomplish this by building permanent charitable funds that benefit our communities today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

Community Grants

The Community Foundation annually awards grants through its Community Grant process to meet needs and advance opportunities in its 12-county region. Through the Community Grant program, the Community Foundation seeks to strengthen nonprofit services to enhance the quality of life throughout the region that we serve. Due to the broad scope of this program, it is a competitive process and requests are evaluated by a volunteer committee based on the annual program budget and fund restrictions.

Priorities:

Through the Community Grant program, the Community Foundation seeks to award grants that will enhance the quality of life in West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri by:

• Helping organizations better respond to defined needs or opportunities within the community they serve;
• Encouraging community collaborations and partnerships to maximize the impact on the community and population served;
• Reaching a significant number of community members or specific groups of underserved community members throughout its 12-county service area; 
• Supporting nonprofit organizations which are physically located in or have demonstrated, active services that directly benefit residents within the Community Foundation’s service area.
• and  making a significant impact on the success of the overall request (consider the size of the grant in relation to the total budget).

Youth Mental Health Grant

The Cigna Group Foundation is committing $9 million over three years to improve the mental health of youth (ages five to 18) as it relates to post-pandemic stress and distress. This commitment includes support for their parents, caregivers, and youth service professionals like educators and therapists.

We seek to collaborate with and support nonprofits that leverage evidence-informed programs and services to serve local youth experiencing the most need.

During the first year of our three-year commitment, we will focus on investing in solutions that address mental health concerns early, and strategically offer programming, intervention, and access to care in schools and related settings in underserved communities. We look forward to partnering with nonprofit organizations that align to at least one of these grant program goals:

• Increase reach of programming that fosters social-emotional skills and well-being.
• Increase the number of parents, caregivers, and youth service professionals who feel equipped to support.
• Increase pathways to mental health intervention and access to care.

Grant Range and Term

• $100,000 – $150,000
• One-year term

After serving Kansas City for decades, The Research Foundation is deepening our investment in the health of our community through a new grants program.

In alignment with local needs and the foundation’s historic programmatic focus, The Research Foundation will award community grants in support of programs and organizations that expand access to care, promote health equity, and address the health care pipeline and promote retention within the health care work force.

Support will be considered for any program delivered by an eligible applicant that aligns with the stated priorities. All program applicants are allowed to request 10% in indirect costs to help ease the burden of overhead necessary to deliver the program.

Nonprofit organizations with health-centric missions for whom more than half of their program offerings are in alignment with The Research Foundation's stated priorities can apply for general operating support.

Victor E. Speas Foundation Grant

The Victor E. Speas Foundation was established in 1947 to provide medical care for the needy, to further Medical Research and to support and promote quality educational, cultural, human services and health care programming. The Speas Foundation supports organizations that serve the residents of Kansas City, Missouri.

Grant requests for general operating support and program support will be considered.

Mission

The Christine and Katharina Pauly Charitable Trust was established in 1985 to support and promote quality educational, health and human services programming for underserved populations in Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding SW Missouri region. Special consideration is given to charitable organizations that serve the needs of children and organizations that serve the needs of older adults.

The Christine and Katharina Pauly Charitable Trust was created under the wills of Ms. Hazel Katharina Pauly and Ms. Frieda Christine Oleta Pauly.

Program Type

• Education: We believe that quality education is fundamental to success and is essential to the continued wellbeing of our community. Consequently, we are interested in systemic school improvement, particularly in the areas of management and teacher quality; academic programs that address the needs of disadvantaged children and efforts to better connect schools with their communities. 
  • Specifically, we fund programming that:
    • Promotes effective teaching
    • Improves the academic achievement of, or expands educational opportunities for, disadvantaged students
    • Improves governance and management
    • Strengthens nonprofit organizations, school leadership, and teaching
    • Bolsters strategic initiatives of area colleges and universities.
• Health: We pay special attention to the needs of society's most vulnerable people, including low-income children and their families, frail older adults, adults with disabilities, the homeless, and those with debilitating diseases and illnesses.
  • We fund programming that:
    • Improves the delivery of health care to the indigent, uninsured, and other vulnerable populations
    • Addresses health and health care problems that intersect with social factors.
• Human Services:
  • We fund programming that:
    • Strengthens agencies that deliver critical human services and maintains the community’s safety net
    • Helps agencies respond to federal, state, and local public policy changes.

The majority of grants from the Pauly Trust are 1 year in duration.

The mission of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation is to improve the quality of life in Greater Kansas City by increasing charitable giving, educating and connecting donors to community needs they care about, and leading on critical community issues.

Fund Description

The Eastland Giving Circle (EGC) is a group of philanthropic and civic-minded individuals dedicated to making a substantive impact to the eastern Jackson County, Missouri area through a yearly donation. The primary grant focus in 2024 is on organizations that provide mental health resources for children and youth in Eastern Jackson County.

One organization will be awarded a grant by EGC through this annual application process. An organization may receive this grant once in a three-year period. Grant recipients will be announced in early November.

Deaconess Foundation

Our Mission

In the spirit of our faith heritage, the mission of Deaconess Foundation is the improved health of the community and people of Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.

Our Vision

Deaconess Foundation envisions a community that values the health and well-being of all and gives priority attention to the most invisiblized. This community only thrives if the allocation of power and distribution of resources, benefits, opportunities and burdens are not predictable by, nor predicated on race.

Seniors Community Revitalization & Development Fund

The Seniors Community Revitalization & Development Fund (Seniors Community Fund) aims to improve the public health system infrastructure to better serve residents 55 years of age and older and promote transparency and accountability. The Seniors Community Fund is done in partnership with the St. Louis Regional Health Commission to support services for seniors in the region.

Priority Areas

Proposals must support services for seniors ages 55 and above in one or more of the following priority areas:

• Transportation
  • includes transportation to more than just health-related services (transportation to grocery stores, self-care appointments, social activities, etc.)
• Safety
  • focuses on measures that increase overall safety AND the feeling of safety within neighborhoods (outdoor lighting, home maintenance and landscaping, security cameras)
• Navigation Support
  • includes support staff or programming that makes accessing social and health services more transparent, understandable, and accessible for seniors.

Funding

Applicants can request and be awarded up to $30,000 for each proposal.

Fund Description

The Northland Community Foundation (NCF), an affiliate of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, seeks to improve the quality of life in the Northland by increasing charitable giving, connecting donors to community needs they care about and providing leadership on critical community issues. By using an RFP approach, NCF aims to solicit the best thinking of nonprofit organizations, public sector agencies, research institutions, and other entities serving Clay and Platte counties.

Grant Focus

NCF released a Community Needs Assessment in March 2023. Following a rigorous research process in partnership with several organizations and entities in the Northland, the completed Community Needs Assessment pinpoints gaps in the community ecosystem, and identifies opportunities where investments of philanthropic dollars will have the greatest potential to make measurable differences in the community which are: 

• Mental and behavioral health.
• Growing needs of a rapidly expanding senior population.
• Limited availability of childcare/early childhood education.
• Limited transportation access/infrastructure.

NCF continues to build on the opportunities identified in its 2023 Community Needs Assessment to invest philanthropic dollars in the community’s areas of greatest need. The RFP will focus on sustaining current programs that focus on the well-being of children in Clay and Platte Counties.
