Recognized as the number one affordable housing lender in the U.S. by Affordable Housing Finance magazine, Citi knows increasing supply is essential to addressing housing affordability — one of the defining economic challenges of our time. That’s why we are putting our capital, community impact and expertise toward helping more Americans access housing they can truly afford.

The Allegany Community Outreach (ACOR) Grants, funded by Allegany Franciscan Ministries, aim to improve health and quality of life in marginalized communities through short-term support for local projects. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations affiliated with the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany or Trinity Health. Priority is given to initiatives promoting self-sufficiency and holistic wellness, particularly for marginalized groups such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and low-income populations. Applications may request program or general operating support.

The AFM: Tau Grants provide unrestricted operating support to nonprofits serving marginalized groups, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and individuals with disabilities. These grants aim to strengthen organizations by funding strategic planning, technology upgrades, and essential infrastructure costs. Eligible organizations must meet specific criteria, such as not having received funding in previous cycles and ensuring diverse leadership. This initiative reflects Allegany Franciscan Ministries' commitment to fostering equitable and caring communities.

The GSF Foundation Grant supports 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that enhance the lives of children and families in need. The Ralph V. Moore Scholarship for Cavalier Excellence is awarded annually by the Coral Gables Community Foundation to a graduating senior from Coral Gables Senior High School. This scholarship honors Ralph V. Moore Jr. for his dedication to education and community service. The recipient, showcasing exemplary service and academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0, will receive between $500 and $1,000 to support their college education.

Miami-Dade 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored groups providing direct, hands-on PK–12 arts education, especially music, can access funding through The Miami Foundation’s Central Dade Arts Alliance; awards range from US $35,000 - US $200,000. Eligible organizations have 2+ full-time staff, a strong local presence in Central Dade neighborhoods, and at least two years of successful programming.

The Dr. Thomas E. Deal Scholarship Fund, managed by the Coral Gables Community Foundation, offers $20,000 in four-year college tuition assistance to a graduating senior from Coral Gables Senior High School pursuing a career in medicine. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship aims to support deserving students in their educational journey, ensuring they maintain a 3.0 GPA to receive ongoing funding throughout their college years.

The Ev Clay/PRSA Miami Chapter Scholarships, established in 1985 in memory of public relations pioneer Everett "Ev" Clay, support promising South Florida public relations students based on academic performance and financial need. Up to eight scholarships of $3,750 each are awarded annually to students from Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, Miami Dade College, and the University of Miami. The Albert H & Jane D Nahmad Foundation provides project-based grants to organizations focusing on youth and education in Miami-Dade County.
