Sharing Kindness Today and Tomorrow
The S.N. (Bud) and Gloria Wolbach Charitable Foundation has its roots in the selfless generosity of its namesake, who supported numerous charitable causes and nonprofit organizations for many years. Gloria Wolbach organized the Foundation in 2012 as a lasting legacy to Bud's stewardship and philanthropic nature. "Sharing Kindness Today and Tomorrow" is not only a tagline for this charitable foundation, but it is the motto by which the foundation's namesakes lived by their entire lives. Staying consistent with the founder's spirit of generosity, the Wolbach Foundation will support a wide variety of charitable programs and activities within a 4-County/1 Village region of Nebraska.
FCFP is North Central PA’s most established vehicle for local charitable giving. Our mission is a big one, and our work can seem complex. But ultimately, it comes down to inspiring community giving and investing in community good.
Our love for North Central PA runs deep. And our knowledge of these communities is broad.
While our efforts are focused in Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union Counties, our work reaches into Bradford, Clinton, Columbia, Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties through scholarships, as well as donors and their geographic area funds.

The Dell Rapids Community Fund was created by and for local citizens to improve the quality of life right here in our community. Gifts to the Fund grow over time thanks to the benefit of a pooled investment that generates long-term asset growth.
