This renewable scholarship is designed to support students who are residents of Richland County School District One. 

The Thomas Evan Jones Memorial Scholarship, offered by the Three Rivers Community Foundation, aims to support students from Pasco or Sunnyside High Schools. Eligible applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need, with the intention of pursuing a bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
