The Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board (OHRAB) seeks to enrich the culture and protect the rights of Ohioans by fostering activities that identify, preserve and provide access to the State’s documentary heritage. It accomplishes these goals by advocating for issues that enhance the collection, preservation and public use of historical records, encouraging organizations to seek funding for appropriate projects, and providing guidance to those organizations. To further its mission OHRAB has created a grant program to help Ohio historical records repositories obtain funds for smaller projects that may not qualify for funding under larger grant making agencies.

We are committed to assisting the most promising students with scholarships for professional certificate programs, two and four-year undergraduate degrees and graduate school. The scholarship funds at the Foundation award grants to high school, community college and university students to be used for tuition, books, and fees.

For a graduating senior who is a member of Hope Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church of Mobile to attend any college.

Thomas B. McDowell Memorial Scholarship
For a college student who has either graduated from a high school located in Early County, Georgia, or who is a current resident of Early County, Georgia. Applicants must have completed at least two years in a post-secondary college or university in the United States and have attained at least a 2.5 GPA in the post-secondary college or university. The award is based on academic achievement, financial need, extracurricular school activities or employment, community service, and leadership qualities.
VOCA/SVAA Grants for Advocates
The Crime Victims Services section is responsible for the administration of the State Victims Assistance Act (SVAA) and the federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant programs. The funds are provided to eligible crime victims assistance programs operating in public and non-profit agencies throughout the state of Ohio.
The State Victims Assistance Advisory Board and Ohio Attorney General staff make funding recommendations, which are submitted to the Attorney General for final consideration.

Alfred F. Delchamps Sr. Memorial Fund
This scholarship is for a USA junior or senior in the Department of Teacher Education that demonstrates financial need. The student must be a teaching candidate, have a minimum 3.2 GPA, and provide evidence of interest/involvement in educational groups.

Mitchell EMC – Operation Round Up Scholarship
For graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled in or attending a post-secondary college or university in the United States, that has attained at least a 2.5 GPA in high school or college. The student, parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the student must have their primary residence or a place of business in the Mitchell EMC service area. Awards are based on financial need, academic achievement, extracurricular school activities or employment, community service, and leadership qualities. Preference will be given to Mitchell EMC consumers.
A maximum of ten (10) renewable scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis. Scholarships will be $2,500 per semester, twice a year, for up to four years to assist in attaining an undergraduate degree from a post-secondary institution in the United States. After the first Semester, the monies for subsequent semesters will be issued provided that students have submitted prior semester grades to verify they have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5 and continue to be enrolled as a full-time student.
PennDOT provides traffic safety grants to local governments, PA state-related universities and PA State System of Higher Education universities, and nonprofit organizations to improve highway safety and reduce deaths and serious injuries due to crashes. Grant Description
The Office of Commonwealth Libraries (OCL) is accepting applications for Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Action Grants.
Action Grants provide funding of up to $10,000 per project for high-impact initiatives that strengthen library services and create lasting community benefit. These grants support libraries in addressing pressing local needs, deepening partnerships, and building organizational capacity.
Projects may include, but are not limited to: community-focused services, professional development for library staff, trustees, or volunteers, planning studies, community-responsive collections, programming supplies and materials, outreach initiatives, accessibility upgrades, and technology enhancements.
These grants advance OCL’s priority of Libraries as Community Catalyst, supporting libraries in understanding and responding to community needs through deep engagement, effective partnerships, and strategic resource sharing. Procurement Overview and Goals
The Department of Employment and Economic Development (“DEED”), Vocational Rehabilitation Services (“VRS”) requests proposals, on behalf of the Minnesota Statewide Independent Living Council (“MNSILC”) and the Centers for Independent Living (CILs), to conduct a statewide needs assessment for individuals living with disabilities.
Key objective: Determine the level of financial investment required for Centers for Independent Living to effectively and comprehensively meet the needs of individuals with disabilities throughout the state of Minnesota.

Enterprise Capital Grant Program
The Enterprise Capital Grant Program is designed to bolster the capabilities and impact of nonprofit organizations in Connecticut through grants that support strategic initiatives and strengthen balance sheets.
