Program Information

Mayo Clinic will offer one grant funding opportunity for the Community Health Needs Assessment priority area: Mental Health

The CFPBMC Year-Round Grant supports nonprofit organizations in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. It encourages projects aligned with four focus areas: Capacity Building, Economic Opportunity, Education and Youth, and Thriving Communities. Grants can reach up to $75,000 and are awarded based on a competitive process. Interested organizations must submit a Letter of Inquiry and may be invited to submit a full proposal based on their alignment with the foundation's mission and strategic goals.

The City of Orlando's Community Investment Program offers approximately $2.4 million in grants to support non-profit organizations providing essential services to residents within city limits. Eligible organizations must demonstrate effective service capabilities, fiscal strength, and a commitment to addressing community needs through various focus areas, including housing assistance, family sustainability, and domestic violence prevention. Special consideration is given to grassroots organizations that serve underrepresented communities, enhancing equity and access to vital resources.

The Smallwood Foundation Grant supports charitable purposes within a hundred-mile radius of Dallas/Fort Worth, Gainesville, and Minden. It focuses on areas such as Arts and Culture, Civic Activities, Community Development, Education, and Human and Social Services. However, individuals are not eligible to submit applications. This grant offers an opportunity for organizations within the specified regions to seek funding for meaningful projects that positively impact their communities.

The Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida supports innovative programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of at-risk children and families. Established in 1989, it emphasizes prevention and community engagement. Funded initiatives may address issues like unintended pregnancies, substance abuse, and educational improvement. Projects must demonstrate sustainability and community support, with funding cycles lasting up to five years.
