The Community Memorial Foundation offers the CMF Responsive Grants program to support 501(c)(3) nonprofits working to improve health in the western suburbs of Chicago. Organizations eligible for funding must align with the Foundation's mission and address community needs, particularly for underserved populations. Grants are awarded bi-annually, and priority is given to programs that enhance health equity and access to care. This initiative aims to transform the region into the healthiest community in the country.

The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation is dedicated to empowering children and young adults affected by substance use disorders, learning disabilities, mental illness, and intellectual disabilities. Their Programs & Services Grants support initiatives within Erie and Niagara Counties in New York and parts of Massachusetts, focusing on enhancing community capabilities and improving quality of life. The Women’s Fund Grant seeks to empower women and children in Topeka/Shawnee County by funding innovative programs focused on economic well-being, STEAM education, health services, affordable housing, and access to healthy food.
