The Mercyhealth Janesville Medical Staff Scholarship offers six $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from Janesville, Milton, Beloit, Whitewater, Edgerton, Walworth (Big Foot), Brodhead, Delavan, or Evansville. ACF General Scholarship

The ACF Scholarship Fund was established in 2008. Any student attending an Arizona public community college or university who demonstrates a financial need, as determined by their Free Application for Federal Student Aid, is eligible to apply. Applicants who have experienced foster care are given preference.

AAUW of East Mesa (AZ) Branch Scholarship

Recipients of this award receive mentorship from members of the AAUW of East Mesa (AZ) Branch and are required to maintain communication with their mentor throughout the year. This scholarship is renewable for 4 or more years if the required criteria is met.

Growing Green Spaces Grant

The Growing Green Spaces 2026 Grant Program provides funding for community-led initiatives that support community health and climate resilience by growing green spaces. Requests can be between $15,000 and up to $40,000.

Background

The Growing Green Spaces (GGS) program at San Diego Foundation (SDF) expands access to parks, green infrastructure and community gardens to support healthy neighborhoods and climate resilience. Building on the foundation of the Outdoor Access, Climate, and Food Initiatives, GGS deepens San Diego Foundation’s commitment to climate resilience by emphasizing the multiple co-benefits of green spaces, including outdoor education, sustainable food production, public health and social cohesion. GGS supports community-driven climate solutions that protect, restore and reimagine shared spaces as essential infrastructure for climate resilience, public health and local economic vitality. GGS prioritizes projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, strengthen climate adaptation and deliver co-benefits such as improved air quality and reduced urban heat. Emphasis is placed on initiatives led by or in deep partnership with communities impacted by climate change.

The program centers local leadership and long-term stewardship, recognizing that communities are best positioned to design and sustain green spaces that meet local needs and deliver lasting environmental and social benefits.

The Sandra Trudgen Dawson Award, established by the Coordinating Council for Women in History, commemorates the legacy of a remarkable scholar and leader. This award supports individuals in research, teaching, and service within women's and gender history, allowing recipients to cover costs for travel, materials, and projects that honor Sandra's commitment to collaboration and support in the field. It aims to foster connections among scholars and promote the advancement of women's history.

Elaine Lonneman Scholarship

To provide financial support to family members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 426.

The Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma is launching its 2025 grant cycle aimed at empowering women and girls across the state. This initiative emphasizes collaboration among nonprofits, educational institutions, and communities to address critical issues and maximize impact. Eligible organizations include 501c3 nonprofits in good standing or higher education institutions, provided they have representation at the 2025 WFO Convening. This grant cycle seeks to drive meaningful change and foster sustainable development in Oklahoma.

The PA Local Share Account (LSA) Grant, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, aims to enhance community well-being through projects that improve the quality of life. Established under the PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act, this grant allocates 2% of gross terminal revenues from licensed gaming facilities to support local initiatives. It fosters economic development and resilience within Luzerne County, ensuring that the benefits of gaming positively impact the community.

The PA Local Share Account (LSA) – Category 4 Facilities Program supports projects that enhance the quality of life in Berks, Cumberland, Westmoreland, and York Counties. Funded by gaming revenues under the PA Race Horse Development and Gaming Act, this initiative aims to invest in community-driven projects that benefit residents and businesses alike, fostering a resilient and thriving local economy.

The G. Ernest and Bernadine Rightley Scholarship, administered by the Marshall County Community Foundation, aims to support graduating seniors from Marshall County schools. This scholarship is designed for local residents who are entering their first year of study at an accredited college or university. The foundation is committed to fostering philanthropy and providing opportunities for students to pursue higher education, thereby investing in the future of the community.

David Webb Memorial Scholarship

To provide financial support for graduates of Cheyenne-Eagle Butte, Faith, Dupree, Timber Lake, Mc Laughlin and McIntosh High School.

The Special Interest Grants for Veterans, administered by the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, provide funding up to $5,000 to nonprofit organizations supporting veterans, particularly those with disabilities. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations serving South Hampton Roads, including Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Ineligible entities include individuals and organizations without tax-exempt status. This initiative aims to enhance the well-being of veterans in the community by funding impactful programs.

The Dr. David R. Barkmeier Top Research Universities Scholarship, offered by the Marshall County Community Foundation, provides funding for students attending prestigious universities, including those in the Association of American Universities. This scholarship supports graduates from Marshall County high schools who can demonstrate residency and is renewable for previous recipients who meet eligibility criteria. It aims to foster academic excellence and assist local students in achieving higher education.

The Cape Royal Community Foundation (CRCF) Grant, established in 2002, aims to enhance the lives of Lee County residents through philanthropic efforts. With a focus on local humanitarian organizations and educational initiatives, the CRCF has allocated approximately $700,000 in grants and scholarships. Managed by dedicated volunteers, the foundation serves as a vital resource for community support, fostering generosity among residents and partners in the Lee County area.

The Cape Royal Community Foundation (CRCF) Scholarships are designed to support Lee County high school seniors who are members of their golf teams. Each scholarship awards $5,000, with three scholarships available for the Class of 2025. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and involvement in school and community activities. This initiative underscores CRCF's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and community engagement, with a total of $15,000 in scholarships being awarded this year.

The Cheryl Wojtas Memorial Scholarship Program honors Cheryl Wojtas's commitment to education by offering scholarships to deserving graduates from Port Huron Area Schools and Gaylord Community Schools. Each recipient will receive a one-time award for their freshman year at a nonprofit post-secondary institution, aimed at supporting their educational journey. Financial need is a key consideration, and funds will cover tuition, fees, and essential expenses related to their studies.

Enterprise Community Partners is a national nonprofit that exists to make a good home possible for the millions of families without one. Home is where life happens, where plans are made, and futures begin. It is the foundation for dignity, health, education, wealth, and community. Yet rents keep going up, paychecks don’t keep pace, and good homes in strong neighborhoods are increasingly out of reach.

The system doesn’t work. It must be changed, and it must be changed by us.

Legal Counsel in Administration of Blue Buffers Program

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. ("Enterprise") was selected as a subrecipient of New York State Housing and Community Renewal to administer the Blue Buffers Program pursuant to a subaward. To fulfill its obligations, Enterprise formed a special purpose entity, Enterprise Assisted Properties, LLC (“EAP”).

Enterprise Assisted Properties ("EAP") has initiated a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process to identify a legal representation panel which will be able to represent EAP in carrying out the New York State Blue Buffers Voluntary Risk Property Buyout Program.

The Detroit Economic Club Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to students from Detroit and surrounding counties pursuing undergraduate education. Each year, two renewable scholarships of $2,000 are awarded to incoming college freshmen. Recipients can reapply for up to three additional years. The program is supported by the Detroit Economic Club Education Endowment Fund, dedicated to helping local students achieve their educational goals. The Society of the Order of the Southern Cross Grant aims to support charitable projects that preserve and restore Southern heritage artifacts and locations. Eligible projects may include military artifacts, monuments, and historical sites. Organizations typically need to secure 50% of necessary funding before applying. The Order encourages discussions for projects that may not meet standard funding levels, emphasizing their commitment to preserving cultural heritage.

The State Historical Fund offers grants for Historic Structure Assessments in Colorado, aimed at evaluating the physical condition of historic buildings. These assessments must be conducted by qualified architects or structural engineers and are crucial for making informed restoration decisions. Eligible applicants include public entities and nonprofit organizations in Colorado. Grants help ensure compliance with preservation standards and facilitate future restoration efforts. While assessments are recommended, they are not mandatory prior to applying for physical work grants.

The Julie Enberg Memorial Scholarship Fund supports female undergraduate athletes at the University of Minnesota Duluth, honoring Julie Enberg's legacy in sports and community. Established in memory of Julie, who was an influential coach and athlete before women's hockey became a varsity sport, the fund offers $1,500 for one academic year. Eligible recipients must meet specific criteria, including participation in intercollegiate athletics and a minimum GPA of 2.5.

The State Historical Fund: Archaeological Assessment Grant, managed by History Colorado, supports essential archaeological data collection and analysis. This funding enables projects that establish a foundation for site preservation and interpretation. Eligible applicants include public entities and nonprofit organizations within Colorado, while federal agencies and for-profit entities may partner with eligible nonprofits. This grant aims to enhance the understanding of Colorado's rich archaeological heritage through targeted assessments.

The Emerging Leaders Fellowship, offered by The Mind Trust, is a transformative three-year program designed for educators in Indianapolis. It focuses on enhancing their leadership skills through personalized coaching, community engagement, and professional development. Participants receive a $30,000 stipend, engage in cohort-based experiences, and have opportunities to learn from leading educational experts. This fellowship is ideal for those in key educational roles who are committed to making a lasting impact in their communities.

The California Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project 2.0 (CALeVIP 2.0) aims to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure through the Fast Charge California Project. This initiative encourages quick installations of high-powered DC fast chargers across California, benefiting residents by reducing air pollution and supporting the growth of plug-in electric vehicles. Applicants must submit a Final Utility Service Design and an Issued Permit to qualify for incentives, facilitating the state's zero-emission vehicle goals.

Ron Brown Scholar Fund

The Ron Brown Scholar Fund is a public 501c3 charity and administers the Ron Brown Scholar Program (RBSP). Established in 1996 by Anthony M. Pilaro to honor the late Secretary of Commerce, RBSP is a college scholarship and leadership program for African American students. Our three initiatives support young people who share Ron Brown’s dedication to individual excellence, leadership, and public service

Ron Brown Signature Scholarship

The Ron Brown Scholarship honors the legacy of Ronald H. Brown through a selective scholarship program that advances higher education for community-minded and intellectually gifted African Americans.

RBSP competitively awards 20 four-year $40,000 scholarships ($10,000 each year) to the most talented and economically-challenged high school seniors who demonstrate a keen interest in public service, community engagement, business entrepreneurship and global citizenship – the four pillars of the late Ronald H. Brown’s mission to uplift people of all races, cultures and ethnicities – especially our disadvantaged youth.

Recipients may use the renewable scholarships to attend an accredited four-year college or university of their choice within the United States. Ron Brown scholarships are not limited to any specific field or career objective and may be used to pursue any academic discipline. Since the Program’s inception in 1996, 683 students have been designated as Ron Brown Scholars.

Community Foundation of the Lowcountry

With more than $125 million invested in the Lowcountry area since 1994, Community Foundation of the Lowcountry is the largest source of unrestricted philanthropic resources dedicated to Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper Counties. Heritage Classic Foundation Scholarships

Every year we award Heritage Scholarships to 11 high school seniors who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, community service and leadership skills. Since the program began in 1993, we’ve distributed $5.75 million in scholarships to 408 students from Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
