Borislav Dumitrov Memorial Scholarship
Established by the family of Mr. Dumitrov to provide tuition assistance for a graduating senior from any of the High Schools in Susquehanna County who will matriculate at a trade school or post-secondary degree program.

Cindi Conaty Memorial Scholarship
Established by Susquehanna County President Judge, Jason Legg, in honor of his mother to provide a college or post-secondary degree program scholarship for a student from one of the six Susquehanna County high school districts, including home schooled students.

Cody Albert Memorial Scholarship
Established by Dale and Linda Albert in memory of their son Cody to provide a college scholarship to students from Susquehanna County who will major in the Visual Arts, Psychology, or Physical Therapy and who have overcome anxiety, depression, or other adversity.

Daniel Arnold Memorial Scholarship
Established in memory of Daniel Arnold, killed in action in Iraq in September, 2005. Provides a college scholarship for a student who has excelled in athletics and has exhibited patriotism for the United States.

Walter C. Winchester Scholarship
Open to undergraduate students who are graduates of a Grand Rapids Public High School with a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Virginia Valk Fehsenfeld Scholarship
Open to full time undergraduate students who are Kent County residents studying education, dietetics, nutrition, or human services and have a minimum 3.4 GPA.

Open to students who are residents of Kent County.

Sherman L. & Mabel C. Lepard Scholarship
Open to students who are residents of Kent County. Preference to Challenge Scholar students through 2032.
J.M. Rubin Foundation
The J.M. Rubin Foundation's current focus is to provide scholarships to residents of Palm Beach County at any recognized educational institution. At the discretion of the Board, we provide charitable support to some organizations. However, we strive to limit this giving to local institutions or to the benefit of our local community.
Scholarship Overview
The J.M. Rubin Foundation, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit charitable corporation established in 1973. It has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service to make individual scholarship grants to recipients who must be bona fide residents of Palm Beach County, Florida.
In addition, all applicants must be U.S. citizens. The scholarship recipients need not attend any particular school, so long as the recipient is a candidate for certification or a degree. The recipients will be selected on the basis of academic and/or athletic achievement or promise as the basic criterion. Financial need is an additional factor, however, it is not required. The recipients will be selected from applicants on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis, including personal interviews if deemed necessary.

Open to students who are residents of Kent County.

Open to undergraduate students who are residents of Kent County who will study visual or performing arts and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
