Eligible participants can receive significant financial assistance to maintain the agricultural use of their land, fostering local partnerships for stewardship.

The Rockfall Foundation is accepting applications for its 2026 Annual Environmental Grants Program, aimed at non-profit organizations, municipalities, and schools. This program supports projects focused on environmental conservation, restoration, and education in the Lower Connecticut River Valley. Eligible expenses include materials, transportation, and program fees. Local Food Purchase Assistance Grant

A statewide grant program funded through S.A. 25-1 to improve local food access and agricultural supply chain resiliency. To learn more check out the press release below.

The purpose of CT DoAg’s LFPA grant program is to provide CT Grown farm products to underserved communities, at no cost to the individual, while maintaining and improving the CT agricultural supply chain resiliency. This is done through:

Establishing and strengthening partnerships across the food supply chain to ensure access to fresh, nutritious, culturally appropriate food in underserved communities.*

Purchasing from small ** Connecticut producers to build and expand market access and opportunities.

CT DoAg has a total of $1,550,000 available to award through a competitive grant process. The selected applicant pool shall be considerate of geography and reach to ensure distribution and sourcing throughout the state.

Funding for the 2026 LFPA Grant is provided by the State of Connecticut in Special Act 25-1 through the Budget Reserve Fund. 

The NIH is offering access to biospecimens from the ABCD, HBCD, and PATH studies to promote research on health and disease across a lifetime. This initiative encourages projects that utilize these samples to deepen understanding of genetic and environmental influences, particularly substance exposure. Researchers can submit proposals to maximize the scientific utility of these resources, in alignment with the goals outlined under federal health regulations.

The Murphy Family Foundation, established in 1986, focuses on combating poverty in the greater Cleveland area. It primarily supports organizations that provide food, shelter, and educational services to the disadvantaged. The foundation's mission stems from a long-standing commitment by the Murphy family, who have been involved in manufacturing specialty chemical products for generations. While it has a strict policy on grantmaking, it may consider proposals outside its primary mission based on individual family interests.

The Educational Incentive Award Application by the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation aims to support children of individuals with severe thalassemia in pursuing their educational and career aspirations. With a total funding of $10,000 for the 2025-2026 school year, awards range from $500 for two-year programs to $1,000 for higher degree studies. Eligible applicants must be diagnosed with specific thalassemia types and provide necessary documentation, including a 250-word essay detailing their educational goals.

The Thalassemia Patient Incentive Award, sponsored by the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, aims to support thalassemia patients in pursuing their educational and career aspirations. Awards ranging from $250 to $2,000 will be granted to students at various academic levels, with applications due in March 2026. This initiative not only encourages academic growth but also fosters a positive outlook among patients living with thalassemia, underscoring the Foundation's commitment to improving their quality of life.

The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation's Basic Needs Grant Program aims to address the essential needs of New Yorkers facing challenges such as food insecurity, inadequate housing, and economic instability. This initiative supports organizations that provide access to social services, promote economic mobility, and ensure stable housing and nutrition for underserved communities. Grants of $75,000 or more are available for programs that align with the foundation's mission of fostering health and well-being in New York State.

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is dedicated to enhancing community development through its Event Sponsorship program. This initiative fosters collaboration among various organizations, including economic development and tourism groups, to drive positive change within local communities. GRDA actively supports projects that align with its commitment to environmental sustainability and educational outreach, ensuring that community needs are met while promoting a vibrant and engaged public. Applications should be submitted at least 45 days before the event.

The Delta Extension Fellowship, hosted by California Sea Grant and the Delta Stewardship Council, aims to enhance community resilience and social well-being in the Delta region. Over 24 months, the fellow will support a community outreach campaign for the Delta Residents Survey, analyze research on water management impacts, and organize resilience training for residents. This initiative addresses the Delta's challenges, including climate change and resource vulnerability, fostering informed decision-making and sustainable practices among local communities.

St. Mary's Bank Charitable Foundation Community Support Grants aim to enhance community welfare by providing financial support to nonprofit organizations. With a commitment to 'people helping people' since 1908, the foundation focuses on areas like youth programming, homelessness, and civic support. In 2023 alone, they donated over $200,000 to 190 organizations, reflecting their dedication to improving lives in New Hampshire. They prioritize funding for nonprofits within their service areas, ensuring impactful contributions to local communities.

The Spaulding Foundation

The Spaulding Foundation was established in 1998 by Ruth E. Spaulding, who was born in Northside and remained a lifelong resident of Greater Cincinnati. During her life, many people were touched by her benevolent and charitable giving. This private foundation is funded by her estate.

The Spaulding Foundation focuses its grant-making in the areas of mental health, physical and mental disabilities, substance abuse/chemical addiction, and domestic violence, rape and abuse. In addition, The Foundation has continued Mrs. Spaulding’s close relationship with The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.

The Foundation welcomes opportunities to partner with organizations sharing our common goals. 

The Edgar A. Thurman Charitable Foundation for Children provides financial support to 501(c)(3) organizations serving needy children in Virginia, particularly in the Western region and Roanoke Valley. Grants typically range from $3,000 to $10,000 for first-time applicants, while returning grantees may receive up to $20,000. Eligible organizations must demonstrate a commitment to the welfare and education of children, ensuring compliance with all grant conditions.

The Neighborhood Reinvestment Program offers grants to County departments, public agencies, and non-profit organizations for various community needs, including education, environmental awareness, and public safety. Eligible non-profits must focus on one or more specified areas, while public agencies can enhance community quality of life. Priority is given to capital projects and one-time expenses. Grant funds cannot be used for prohibited purposes such as religious activities or political campaigning.

Having celebrated its centennial anniversary in 2024, The Trust has catalyzed innovations in philanthropy ranging from establishing the first donor-advised fund in the 1930s to making landmark grants, including some of the first to fight AIDS, build the High Line, support immigrant communities in the region, and respond quickly in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The four broad priorities of this grantmaking program are to:

• Mitigate climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and removing legacy carbon from the atmosphere and oceans;
• Adapt and become more resilient to the consequences of a warming world;
• Protect public health from toxic chemicals and other environmental hazards; and
• Preserve and create ecological connectivity by supporting terrestrial and marine conservation corridors. 

Grants made pursuant to this request for proposals will be for national projects, i.e., projects working in the United States (including its territories). Grants will not exceed $150,000 per year for up to two years.

The Center for Family Engagement Healthy Minds Fellowship, organized by the National PTA, invites active PTA leaders to enhance their mental health expertise over a 12-month cohort starting January 2026. Participants will receive a $1,500 stipend and engage in developing actionable plans to improve mental health initiatives in schools. This fellowship aims to empower leaders through workshops and collaborative efforts, fostering a supportive environment for mental wellness in educational settings.

Loene Pooler Guthrie Scholarship Fund

The Loene P. Guthrie Scholarship fund benefits music students in Benton, Linn, and Lincoln counties who plan to engage in the teaching of piano, voice, and orchestral music.

This scholarship fund promotes the teaching of piano, voice and orchestral music by aiding music students in Benton, Linn, and Lincoln Counties who plan to engage in the teaching of piano, voice, and orchestral music. Students who will graduate from Linn, Benton, or Lincoln County high schools or graduates of those high schools currently studying music at an institution of higher learning may apply. The Linn-Benton Chapter of the Oregon Music Teachers Association reviews the applications and selects individuals to perform at an audition open to the public.

Helpers Community Grants

Helpers Community cares deeply about nonprofits that enrich the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Helpers Community is dedicated to supporting nonprofit agencies and individuals that help those who provide residential care, recreation, and job training programs to Adults with developmental disabilities. Helpers Community grants fund 501(c)(3) organizations that serve individuals with developmental disabilities, with priority given to those in the state of California.

Organizations that qualify through their commitment to serve Adults with developmental disabilities can apply for grants for infrastructure and materials for specific programs or projects, including facility improvement projects, but not for general operating support and/or salaries.

The amount of funding requested, keeping in mind our typical grant awards range from $15,000 to $25,000, and if any other potential funders have been approached or have committed to fund a portion of this infrastructure need.

Employ Milwaukee Inc. is offering funding under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for youth workforce development services targeting young people aged 14 to 24 in Milwaukee County. The initiative aims to connect youth with employment opportunities and education, fostering a skilled workforce. Organizations are invited to submit innovative proposals for two service models: Out-of-School Youth Services and In-School Youth Services, focusing on comprehensive service delivery and collaboration with local partners.

The Healthcare Foundation of Northern Lake County Grant aims to enhance healthcare access for low-income residents through targeted programs for the uninsured and underinsured. The foundation prioritizes initiatives that improve program effectiveness, organizational sustainability, and collaboration among local healthcare providers. Grants typically range from $20,000 to $100,000, focusing on strategic areas such as clinical care, linkage to care, and systems capacity building, ultimately fostering better health outcomes in the community.

The Elvira Caroselli Creative Spirit Award will provide small awards to encourage the creative spirit and endeavors of junior and senior high school students.

Number of recipients and award amounts vary; paid in one lump sum in the Summer. Maximum award $1,500.

Donor Information

Mrs. Caroselli loved creating, designing, and experimenting. This remarkable woman dropped out of school in the eighth grade to help support her family. Despite a lack of formal education, she sold an invention to a major manufacturer when she was 70 years old.

The Grants for Creative Individuals program by the Mass Cultural Council offers unrestricted $5,000 grants to support artists, culture bearers, and creative practitioners in Massachusetts. This initiative aims to promote creativity and cultural expression across diverse disciplines while ensuring equitable access. The grants are awarded based on a review process that prioritizes geographic diversity and the needs of historically underfunded communities. Eligible applicants must be 18+, residents of Massachusetts, and not enrolled in full-time education.

The Women's Philanthropy Society Fund Grant aims to foster systemic change for women and families in the Greater Huntsville area. Each year, up to two high-value grants are awarded, focusing on safety, health, education, and economic empowerment. For 2025, the emphasis is on safety and security, addressing issues such as domestic violence and food insecurity. Eligible organizations include 501(c)(3) charities, schools, and government agencies, with a preference for collaborative projects that demonstrate measurable impact.

The NIDDK High Risk Multi-Center Clinical Study Implementation Planning Cooperative Agreements (U34) aims to support high-risk, multi-center clinical studies by facilitating early peer review and assessment of study designs. This program helps in the development of necessary operational documents and essential elements for conducting hypothesis-driven studies focused on diseases relevant to NIDDK. Applications are due by 5:00 PM local time, and consulting with NIDDK staff is strongly encouraged.

The Quest Diagnostics Foundation is funding Priority Community Programs in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, aimed at improving health outcomes through coalition-driven solutions. This initiative focuses on chronic cardiometabolic conditions and maternal/child health, encouraging multi-sector collaborations and alignment with Community Health Needs Assessments. The foundation offers funding ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 annually for 1 to 2 years, seeking applicants that demonstrate robust community partnerships and effective use of diagnostic resources.
