Village of the Living Dead Kenneth Fulton Memorial Scholarship

Kenneth Fulton was a member of the St. Charles Haunted House since its very beginning in 1985 until his passing at the haunted house in 1998. He volunteered and also brought along with him his kids and brothers to volunteer as well. Ken was a quiet gentle man that loved what the haunted house stood for and who it was all about – the kids. His favorite character to play was Michael Myers. He was tall and quiet and was able to scare the patrons with his eerie silence. He loved the members of the haunted house as his own family. He is greatly missed and would be so proud to be a part of this scholarship.

The St. Francis Fund Grant Program

The St. Francis Fund Grant Program seeks to provide funding for programs that support animal welfare in Springfield and Greene County, MO. 

This fund will grant up to $3,400 in the summer of 2026.

In awarding grants, the CFO will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status. The Hawai`i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) was established by the Hawai`i State Legislature in 1965 as the official state arts agency of Hawai`i. Performing Arts Grant

The Performing Arts Grant Program, established through Act 131, SLH2025, allocates state general funds in fiscal year 2027 to support the coordination, planning, promotion, marketing, and execution of performing arts events. The legal provisions of the Performing Arts Grant are in Section §9-XX, through § 9-XX of the Hawai`i Revised Statutes. The grant budget is contingent on the Hawai`i State Legislature appropriation.  

Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 9-1 defines “performing arts” as arts or skills that are intended to be performed before an audience, including but not limited to dance, singing, musical, and theater performances. 

The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts is awaiting designation and approval of the Hawaii Revised Statutes that govern facilitating the Performing Arts Grant Program. .

The Carol McMurry Library Endowment was established in 2000 within the Wyoming Community Foundation to provide support to Wyoming library staff and volunteers and to publicly accessible Wyoming libraries in three areas:

Types of Library Grants Projects

• Education & Training: These can be used for in-service workshops or multi-library continuing education events. The application can include financial support to pay for substitute staff to keep a library open while staff attends the event or training.
• Resource: Resource grants can be used to purchase library books, audio-visual materials, informational software and hardware, and databases. Applications can be submitted for children, youth or adult resources, both physical and electronic. The library is expected to provide a collection analysis to support its justification for a grant and information on the population to be served by the project.
• Foundation: Foundation grants can be used to retain outside technical assistance for foundation boards and library staff in their planning of an endowment or for a publication about the endowment. Grants for consulting in the area of bylaws, foundation roles and responsibilities, relationship to the library board can be made. Grants for fundraising support and for the local library endowment itself will not be awarded. Capital construction, furnishings, carpeting, and building repairs have a very low consideration due to the amount of funds available in the Endowment for library grants.

CPF_Community Library Municipal Grant (CMLG) SFY26-27

Summary:

One million dollars of administrative funds from the ARPA Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund program have been reallocated to the Community Learning Center (CLC) Municipal Grant Program, with U.S. Treasury’s approval, to enable investment in those municipalities that were not part of the initial CLC Municipal Grant Program subawards. This $1 million is designated for use by public libraries located in the 17 Learn365RI municipalities that do not have community learning center projects underway. PRO is administering this round of grants, known as the Community Library Municipal Grant (CLMG) program.

The Simons Foundation's Targeted Grants in Mathematics and Physical Sciences (MPS) program invites applications for funding to support research projects.
