• Develop and/or advance public policy solutions to support reskilling and upskilling for workers who have experienced labor market disruption; and/or 
• Implement concrete reforms to NYC’s workforce development systems that facilitate new or improved solutions to move more New Yorkers into middle-wage occupations.
