Above-ground contamination will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be used to remediate a building in advance of demolition. Up to $750,000 is available for site remediation with an eligible scope submitted by a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional in good standing.

David Cappannari Scholarship

The David Cappannari Scholarship Fund of the SouthCoast Community Foundation was established to provide tuition assistance to graduating Plymouth high schools seniors who plan to attend college.

This scope focuses on event production services for three key in-person events in 2025 and 2026. Qualified individuals or organizations are encouraged to provide planning and logistics support for these events, which aim to foster collaboration and innovation in the clean energy workforce sector.

The Woodberry Poetry Room Creative Fellowship invites diverse creators, including poets, writers, and scholars, to engage with its extensive collections. Funded by the T.S. Eliot Foundation, recipients receive a $5,000 stipend and a one-week residency at the T.S. Eliot House in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The fellowship promotes inclusivity and welcomes applications from individuals of all nationalities, fostering creative exploration and collaboration in a supportive environment.

Fall River Chamber Foundation/James T. Waldron Scholarship

The Fall River Chamber Foundation James T. Waldron Scholarship Fund of the SouthCoast Community Foundation was established to provide an annual scholarship award to a South Coast region graduating High School senior(s) attending an accredited two- or four- year college or university.

The Northeast Agricultural Education Foundation Grant supports educational and leadership initiatives focused on agriculture within the Northeastern United States. Established as a private foundation, it provides funding to 501(c)(3) organizations that promote agricultural leadership, enhance understanding of food production, and improve farmers' quality of life. The Foundation prioritizes programs that educate youth about agriculture and promote farm safety awareness. Grants are primarily directed towards statewide or larger projects that align with these objectives.

The PLTW Computer Science Program Expansion, supported by the Arthur Blanchard Charitable Trust, aims to enhance access to STEM education for K-12 students in Massachusetts. Grants will fund the implementation or expansion of PLTW programs in under-resourced schools, covering costs like participation fees and required equipment. Eligibility includes public and charter schools focused on high-need populations. This initiative fosters educational equity and innovation in technology and programming for future generations.

The PLTW Computer Science program, supported by the Arthur Blanchard Charitable Trust, aims to enhance access to innovative STEM education for K-12 students in Massachusetts. Grants are offered to assist under-resourced schools in implementing or expanding PLTW programs. Eligible schools must offer at least one PLTW Computer Science course and complete grant reporting. The Saul O Sidore Memorial Foundation provides grants exclusively to charitable non-profit organizations and educational institutions. It primarily funds the Saul O Sidore Lecture Series and supports projects addressing at-risk children and cultural initiatives in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The Foundation does not fund individual scholarships and prefers to offer seed money for new projects without ongoing commitments. Proposals are accepted semiannually, with deadlines in October and April.
